It all started when I was a little kid
for eight solid years the curse has stricken me down
It would usually start a day or two before
I would get a little tickle in my throat, and a stuffy nose
I would try and act like every thing was fine so I would not miss out on the valentine fun.
Then February fourteenth would come around, and I couldn’t put on the charade any more.
From strep throat to the flu to the stomach virus,
but then one year passed and when the day came by I was felling fine,
another year passed, and another.
I’m a little worried this year it’s February tenth and my throat is a little sore
will the curse strike me again?
